Done-for-you reputation management · Built for roofers

Your reviews run your roofing business.
We run your reviews.

Most roofers lose jobs to a competitor with worse work and better Google ratings. We answer every review in your voice, run weekly posts, and build review velocity — every single day. You stay on the roof.

The roofer math

One extra job a year more than covers us.

$5K–$15K
The size of one residential roof job

Replacements, big repairs, and insurance work all sit in this range.

1 job.
Whole year covered.
Land one extra customer — Essentials is paid for.

At a $7K average roofing job, a single new customer covers our $497/mo plan for ~14 months. We work toward that customer inside your first 60 days.

The gap

You're losing jobs you already earned.

A homeowner pulls out their phone after a hailstorm. Your crew does better work, your price is fair — but the first roofer they see has 94 reviews at 4.8 stars, and yours has 31 with the last reply from four months ago. They tap call. Not you.

The gap isn't your work. It's your online presence. That's the only thing we do, and we do it every day.

Voice in action

Real reviews. Real responses. In your voice.

We read your existing reviews and your prior responses, then build a voice profile from your own words. The three cards below are illustrations — drafts written for typical roofer scenarios so you can hear the voice. Real responses follow the same rubric and ship in 24–48 hours.

Example
★★★★★
Mike R. Storm replacement · 3 days ago

“Crew showed up at 7am sharp the morning after the hail. Done in two days, left the yard cleaner than they found it. Marcos walked me through the insurance paperwork twice without making me feel dumb. Highly recommend.”

Mike — appreciate it. I'll pass that along to Marcos and the crew. Insurance side of these storm jobs trips up a lot of folks, so we figured we'd just walk people through it. Glad the yard came out clean — call us anytime you need us back out there.

Example
★★★★★
Janet L. Repair job · 1 week ago

“Work was fine. Quote took six days to come back and I had to follow up twice. That's the only reason this isn't five stars.”

Janet — that's fair. Six days is too long on a repair quote and we should have come back to you sooner without the follow-up. We've tightened the quote queue since. If you ever need us out again, text me direct at the number on our site and I'll have a number to you same-day.

Example
★★★★
Dave T. Inspection · 2 weeks ago

“Inspector was 40 min late and didn't call. Whole reason I booked you was because the last guy did the same thing. Won't use you again.”

Dave — that's on us. A heads-up call when the inspector's running long is the bare minimum and we missed it. I'd like to make this right with a free inspection on the next property and a call from me personally. I'm at (owner's direct line) — reach out and we'll get it scheduled.

Every response is written fresh, scored against a rubric, and calibrated to your voice. Generic templates don't pass our quality bar.

What founders get (Essentials + Growth)

  • Year-1 price lock — rate frozen for your first 12 months
  • Renewal right — extend at founding rate before public pricing restores
  • Activation waived (normally $497)
  • Quarterly competitor analysis at every tier (normally Growth-only)
  • Featured case study placement on tryupkept.com
  • Direct founder line — personal phone + email
  • No contract after Year 1

What's required

  • Annual prepay (no monthly option for founders)
  • Case study permission after 60 days
  • 60-day testimonial
  • Monthly async check-in (15 min)

Once all 5 spots fill, the founding window closes permanently and pricing returns to standard rates. The renewal right gives you the option — not the obligation — to extend at your founding rate before that happens.

The week-1 deliverable

The Roofer Reputation Audit.

Every plan starts with a 5–7 page PDF in your inbox by end of week 1. It's the same baseline every roofer gets — Growth and Authority add the 90-Day Growth Plan and Market Dominance Brief in the same packet. The cover on the right is a sample layout for a fictional roofer.

  • Current GMB state. Rating, review count, response rate, photo coverage, category fit.
  • Response gap analysis. What's unanswered, how far back, complaint themes.
  • Competitor velocity. Top 3 roofers in your city — review counts, ratings, posting cadence.
  • 60-day plan. What we'll do, weekly milestones, what you'll see on your listing.

How it works

Three steps. Under 15 minutes a week on your end.

  1. Share your business info.

We pull your Google listing, read your existing reviews, and build a voice profile from your own response history. You fill out one short form. Setup takes 48 hours.

  2. We handle it every day.

Review responses go out in your voice within 24–48 hours. Your listing stays active with regular posts. You get a monthly scorecard. Your job: read it, flag anything that looks off. 15 minutes a week, max.

  3. Your ratings climb.

New reviews come in. Your listing rises in local search. You see it in the scorecard month over month. When you're ready to go deeper — competitor data, market exclusivity — Authority opens Q3 2026.

Common questions

Straight answers.

How do you know my voice?

We read your existing Google reviews and any responses you've already written — typically 50 or more — and build a voice profile from your actual words: cadence, formality, phrases you use, how you handle complaints. If you've never responded before, we start conservative and calibrate. You'll see and approve the first few responses before anything goes live.

How much of my time does this take each week?

Under 15 minutes after the first week. Setup is one short intake form and a few back-and-forths on voice. After that, your job is reading the monthly scorecard and flagging anything off. Escalations (legal, safety, staff complaints) get routed to you within 2 hours — but those are rare.

Are these real responses or templates?

Real responses, written for the specific review. The reviewer named your foreman? We reference him. Mentioned a job date? We acknowledge it. Each one is written fresh, scored against a rubric, and calibrated to your voice. Generic templates don't pass our quality bar.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month on all plans. You pay for the Roofer Reputation Audit up front (delivered in week 1), then monthly from there. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual prepay is the one exception — pay 10, get 12.

Can I see responses before they go live?

Yes. Default flow is we post within the response window unless you flag a review. You can also request a 12-hour staged-approval queue — every response sits there before it goes live. Most clients drop this within a month once they trust the voice. Available on any plan.

How is this different from hiring a VA?

A VA needs to be trained, managed, and replaced when they leave — and they're not working at 2am when a negative review comes in. We run 24/7, hit SLA every time, voice stays consistent across every response. No payroll taxes, no turnover. A qualified VA for this work runs $2,000–$4,000/month. We start at $497.

Do you only work with roofers?

Yes. Roofing is the only trade we serve, and the only trade we plan to. Our voice library, audit graphics, response patterns, and reporting are all built specifically around roofing — storm season cycles, insurance jobs, and the local pack dynamics roofers compete in. We'd rather be the best in the country at one thing than passable at five.
